Our Happiness Promise
Because The Cool Paws Kit is a personal keepsake made and used at home, we don't accept returns on opened kits. But if anything arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it — on us.
Damaged in transit
If your kit arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a free replacement right away.
Missing or defective parts
Missing clay, a broken easel, or a faulty component? Email us with your order number and a quick photo — we'll dispatch the replacement piece within 48 hours.
Not what you expected
Reach out to our team. We'll do everything we reasonably can to make your experience right, because we want every pet parent to love their keepsake.
How to claim
Email hello@thecoolpaws.shop within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll respond within 24 hours.
